In addition Auction Owls Inc. reserves the right to refuse payment via credit card if it anticipates any potential problems. " All items without exception are subject to HST unless being shipped to the USA. We do not ship outside of North America. All items sold are subject to a 10% buyers premium which is also subject to the HST without any exceptions (Unless the item is tax exempt). " Items that are not paid for during the designated period, are subject to a $5.00 weekly storage/late fee, and after a period of 30 days may be subject to be relsited and sold without notice. We ship North America at cost plus a 5.00 handling fee. We also deliver to our pickup location in Charlottetown (Silver Fox Auction House - 2 Day after the auction closes), PEI for free on most items (Fees may be applicable on larger items like furniture). In addition we deliver to Moncton NB, St. Louis PE (same Week) for a 2.00 delivery fee per order. Deliveries may take up to 30 to 40 days for Moncton.
